I love using the Dixie belle flat coat. Not a fan of the shinny finish of decoupage. You are so talented and creative! Love your projects ❤ I need those stamps in my life!

Thanks so much😊. A top coat offers more protection than wax so if it’s a piece that may get a lot of use I go for the clear top coat. You definitely need to use a clear coat for decoupage. I also use clear coat under glazes. Wax gives a nice finish too but as I said, it depends on what the piece will be used for. Hope that helps.
Hi Catherine. You don’t really have to seal the IOD ink as it’s permanent so I only usually seal it if it’s on an item that might get a lot of handling or if I’m already sealing another part of the project.
