Hi Erin, I loved how you used the transfers on the books however my absolute favorite were the hoops with the moulds. Unbelievable how a few well placed moulds can transform an otherwise ordinary object. Well done 👍👍👍❤❤
The embroidery hoops are a hit! I picked up a large bag of assorted hoops at my thrift store and now I know what to do with them. Thanks for the inspiration 🙏
The moulds on the embroidery hoops are absolutely genius, Erin‼️ Definitely a great alternative to the oval or round frames which do tend to be super hard to find in my area. I cannot wait to give this a go ❣️ I think I will start one of these projects tonight 😁❤️
It's a very good alternative! I'm looking for round or oval frames at the charity shop, for quite awhile now, without success - I'm definitely going to use my embroidery hoops like this. Thank you, Erin.
I love how clear and precise you are at explaining everything in your tutorial’s you are definitely an inspiration to many of us love watching and learning from you, don’t stop ❤ ❤❤
Your transformations of the embroidery hoops were definitely a hit! I picked up a bunch of hoops at a thrift store and needed a new idea. I always LOVE your projects! Thanks!
Those books came out so pretty! Yes, the embroidery hoops and the molds are an excellent alternative to frames! I have to do that! Yours turned out lovely. I'm never sick of seeing you use milk paint. I have yet to try it, and I love seeing what happens when you use it. I loooove how it crackled on the tray! I have to make a note to use wax as a sealer over milk paint. Thanks so much, Erin! I love learning from you 🐞🐞🐞
Your work is always stunning, beautiful, and flawless! You never disappoint and I get so much inspiration from you ❤❤❤ I'm slightly obsessed with both the seed catalog and ephemeral melange too! I'm on my second copy of Ephemeral Melange now!
Every project was so nice that they all became my favorite. I think using the larger transfers on the books was wonderful. The text on the spine finished the project perfectly. The hoop frames...you took that type of project to a whole different level. I liked how flexible the resin castings were. And, finally, the chippy paint looked great on that style of tray. Great job as always, Erin.
Very much enjoyed your video. The books are just adorable ❤ I think you have a hit with the the little hoop picture frames and the rustic little caddy is simply beautiful.
As always, Erin, every single project turnef out just amazing‼️ I love what you did with the books, the embroidery hoops are epic and the chippiness on the tray tote in gorgeous 😍 Thank you so much for sharing all of these projects with us ❣️ and for always being such a huge inspiration ❤
Absolutely love the embroidery hoops. The caddy looks really nice .I love how it turned out. Also the books are very pretty. You are very talented. Thank you for sharing your creative ideas with us.
Could never pick a fav, love them all! 😍 I have all of those transfers and the books are exactly what I am going to do with them! I cant get enough of your tutorials, you are incredibly talented 🥰
Hi Erin, beautiful flips very beautiful I love the drop cloth book covers and embroidery frames very chic and lots of chippiness with the caddy I really like the bride white paint on this piece too , thanks for sharing, feeling very inspired take care all the best Mary in Australia 😊
I love your ideas. I don’t know how you come up with so many good ones. I’m obsessed with seed boxes and tool boxes so I’m loving all these. The book idea is so great. And you’re right, I’m always looking for oval or round picture frames and they are so hard to find. I finally found 1 oval frame. A set of 3 round mirrors I’m debating adding transfers to and a set of 2 interesting rectangular wood frames with an oval interior shape. So many decisions. Tyfs!
I love the embroidery hoop turned elegant frame. I enjoy hand embroidery and like to keep my projects in the hoop to display. The IOD elements will take the my handiwork to a new level of beauty. Thank you for the marvelous idea!
Absolutely lovely. Each and every one of your projects really stood out and is so beautiful. I have to try the embroidery hoop idea with those molds. I had not thought of doing that before so I will make sure to credit you in my video!!
I love the books ❤can't wait to try them ! I just got new drop cloth for the covers 👍I also have some lovely transfers from IOD! Everything is gorgeous as usual Erin
All of these turned out great. To get a cleaner look on the spine of the book, you could fold the fabric underneath before glueing the rest of it on the covers. We used to cover our school books with wrapping paper to protect them. No glue was being used, of course.
I love that you showed us the hoops can be jazzed up so nicely. I used an embroidery hoop to frame out a piece of embroidered work my mom did years and years ago. I can do something to make it look so much more beautiful. Your work is always so lovely and well done.😊❤
I'm re-watching several of your videos and realized that when I first married in the 1980's I wanted some round picture frames but couldn't afford them. I used embroidery hoops with cross stich linene fabric you can purchase by the yard. However, unlike what you did here I turned the frame over, creating a shadow box look. I stained the frame with Old English Dark stain and used Mod Podge to put my pictures on the linen fabric. I had those for years. I have no idea what happened to those, lol. They weren't pictures of family but of the Smokey Mountains and the valley my where my family live but everyone loved them! I bet it would be lovely to do that now with castings or embellishments! These turned out beautiful! Love the memories! ❤❤❤
The books came out so pretty Erin and I think they are my favorite. I also think the embroidery hoops could be a good alternative for round or oval frames. Thanks for this idea!
I just love all of these projects! I just organized my craft closet yesterday & came across a bunch of embroidery hoops from my cross stitching days. Im going to give that project a whirl. Yours are just lovely!
Well, Erin, the art pieces you made in the hoops are just incredibly fresh and creative. I adore those. I love the books also. They're stunning. I'm so glad you have your channel and you share with the world. You're so creative, and everything is so neatly done. I just painted an old magazine rack, and now I wish I had aged it and sanded it. I may just do that. I think it needs a bit more work. ❤ Thanks Erin.
As always, beautiful work. I just purchased a few books for pennies at a garage sale to incorporate with IOD transfers. The seed catalog is my go-to transfer right now. After seeing this, I am even more inspired. Embroidery hoops....I never even thought of using IOD moulds. The result is gorgeous, creating a unique artistic piece. The little caddy is adorable and versatile. Thank you for all your inspiration. So grateful 🙏 ❤😊
