nice show samira but do u need really to add the butter...because there is fat in the broth of the meat u cooked earlier....this is old way of my mom and others iraqi when they cook they add the butter..anyways i am seeing all your episodes but i am looking for potato chap please...
Hello Samira....What type of barley did you use for this show that doesn’t need to be soaked? When I go shopping at my market they have so many kinds of barley and just don’t know which one to use.
The Habbeiyah is delicious, but unless I am colour blind, it actually turns Yellow after adding the Turmeric not Green as you mentioned. Just pointing out, not criticising.
