If a human has a migraine, they do not go to work, you want to bury your head in a pillow and stay away from light. I understand the analogy but I don’t know any human who functions well with a migraine. My 12 year old female has glaucoma and she is permanently blind in one eye. My eye vet recommended ciliary ablation to kill the eye but it will remain in her. I know the side effect is a shrinking but to me far less invasive than enucleation. Her glaucoma came shortly after removal of cataracts caused by diabetes
