A very unique and best way to clean heads, i used to spray alcohol in the head from top that would clean too but disadvantage in that method is that ink mixing and contamination occurs inside the head after which nozzel flush needs to be done, from now onwards i will use your method....

Can you help me out? I'm having perfect prints but if I print too close to the edges I get Vertical scrapes on the left and right side about 2 inches from the right and 1 inch from the left. Something is scraping it while the it comes out. They are straight lines always in the same spot. I just started getting them.
I have another question. I have an error of "parts inside printer are near end of service life". I think it was from my waste management. I cleaned it out (It was full) but how do I get rid of the error?

Hello. Did you have the problem that it printed spots on large pictures, that the whole picture was not nicely pressed
It doesn’t print any kind of spots. This might be due to fast curing , you could see watery spots on the print. Its due to trapped moisture

Also make sure you dont force inks with high pressures.
It might damage themal and head will start mixing colors inside it.

What solution are you using? Did you make it yourself? If so what is in it
Its rubbing alcohole
ISO propyl.
We keep water to isp ratio 30:70 makes it hard solution
50:50 makes it soft 🙂

L1800 better quality and versatile for a3 also
Hello Sir white ink is not coming after I replaced damper and maintenance .
Check all nozzles are open
Flush inks and charge once

There re small pickup rollers placed above front feeding rod.
Clean all of them.
