    Hello,
Tarrus Riley used a firm tofu for the dish. Soft tofu coated with breadcrumbs is sometimes used.
    Regards,
    Grace Kitchens.

heatstroke247 I have a similar story. Sometimes good people are put in our lives to change us, even if they don’t stay. I still live my new way of life long after my Rasta man has gone

just a note though Tarrus. Adding water to salt and then adding it to the meal doesnot decrease its concentration. Its the same concentration of salt that u will consume. But nice meal idea. Thought rastafarians didnt take salt.

We are always want to b critical about the Chinese but remember if u can't grow it then don't ask where it come from. Tofu is made from soya. Simple as that. Love your food when it is grown in your back yard. As long as is in the Supermarket u go for it even if it says made in Jamaica it must go thru the process stage. Food is life grow what u eat eat what u grow. Our ancestors taught us that but we became to lazy n dependant pon the colonizers to feed us. We allow the TV to take control. Stop blame the Chinese n blame yourself for not following grandma lifestyle. The earth is the fullness there of.

BOYS ON SOY FORMULA...... What happens to boys put on soy formula? The soy phytoestrogens can interfere with the testosterone surge that occurs during the boy’s first few months of life. So much testosterone at such a tender age is needed to program the boy for puberty, the time when his sex organs should develop and he should begin to express male characteristics such as facial and pubic hair and a deep voice. If receptor sites intended for the hormone testosterone are occupied by soy estrogens instead, appropriate development may never take place. Now that sales of soy formula have been a growth industry for more than 30 years, it is probably not coincidental that pediatricians are reporting greater numbers of boys whose physical maturation is either delayed or does not occur at all. Breasts, underdeveloped gonads, cryptorchidism (undescended testicles) and steroid insufficiencies are increasingly common. Sperm counts are also falling, and sperm quality has also declined.

So your "creative cooking" is to throw tofu into a dish that you cook all the time. Hummm.
