Thanks for the video and seasons greetings. I think you bill for all your work. The way car electrics are engineered and built, poor wiring diagrams and so on mean that sometimes the only way to repair is to fire the parts canon to eliminate options. The way cars are made are not on the repair guys. My 2 cents from the back yard!
Been there before. Good find. Remember had to install a streering box when my tool that was used for removing the pitman arm released really harsh and shock loaded the streering box and cracked it. Some jobs just have to eat.
i think you should be paid you are a honest tech nobody work for free i hired a master electrician to change my 100 amp fuse box to 200 amp cost me 4400.00$ i inspected the box with a thermal camera and i found wire going heat pump is at 80c wow to see that he cross tred the screw on the breaker so the wire has louse and he was paid
@stevemazzarella7212 I'm going to charge him for my time and I'll eat the cost of the BCM. I've got around 6 hours into this as I had a bitch of a time removing his original head lights. Oh well you have to pay to go to school...
you don't have to eat it ,you found the problem any where else the customer more than likely would have to pay for labor of a new harness, and knowing dodges this is just the beginning of elec problems .
@oldbiker9739 yes but I called a $700.00 BCM. Thank goodness I didn't buy it from the dealer as it was $1350.00 plus programming. I'm sure the new BCM has updated software in it to set those circuit codes. There were no cases on this on Identifix, (there is one now though)...

Good catch! Thanks
Pin fitment issues is always tough, Nice catch!
@advancedleveldiagnostics I believe the problem is in the fuse box itself. I tightened the pin but it was still acting up.
@@PhillipBailey got it
