Believe it or not. Let me also share the reality of what I've gone through. In 2004, November, my father passed away. After several years of his demised, one day my mother fall seriously ill and we're helpless even with the nurses. I walk out of the house and kneel down at the ground which is a little muddy but there's only God in my mind so I pray. I seriously pray with all my heart, I cry out and beg God to heal my mother as I cannot imagine the pain of losing both my parents. After praying several minutes, I went back inside and fall asleep, before dawn when I woke up, my mother completely recovers from her sickness and till today she is healthy and alive. Thank you God and thank you Jesus our saviour.

Almost the same thing happened to me; a few winters ago I lost control of my car on a slippery freeway, It felt like the tires are not touching the road, the car spun, the only thing I remember was me screaming in my original language " Jesus Jesus " from the second I felt my car started to spin to the second I found myself in my car in a little ditch in the right side of the freeway; not even a scratch with zero damage to my car. I remember losing control and spinning, but I do not know what happened before ended up in the ditch, I did not feel my car getting in the ditch.

What do you notice about Jesus as He comforts other people? Empathy is part of the Savior's divine character. He has the capacity to feel what you are feeling. His capacity for empathy is so great that He was able to take upon Himself the pain and guilt and sorrow of other people as part of suffering for all of our sins. The Savior has the power to comfort and strengthen you when you are emotionally distressed. He loves you. He knows your name. He understands how you are feeling. The Savior lives. He can be close to you spiritually. When you pray today, ask to learn what you can do to be spiritually closer to Him. May you feel His nearness today and be strengthened and healed by Him.

When Christ starts weeping with the sisters of Lazarus, that hit me right in the tear ducts. I think, why would Christ be weeping for this man who He doesn't know as if it was his own brother? Jesus cannot be God & pray to himself. When he was placed on the cross he cried out, "My God My God why have you Forsaken me?" The pronouns used show there are 2 beings. Or else he would have said why have I forsaken myself which does not make sense? This statement shows that 2 natures exist not 1.
The issue that we find with
such a scenario is that God & Jesus became infused in certain places & become distinct in other places. When Jesus is praying to God he asked God why did YOU forsake ME. 2 opposing pronouns which speak of 2 distinct beings. If Jesus is praying at night, he cannot be praying to God if he is God. That's impossible.

What do you notice about Jesus as He comforts other people?
Empathy is part of the Savior's divine character. He has the capacity to feel what you are feeling. His capacity for empathy is so great that He was able to take upon Himself the pain and guilt and sorrow of other people as part of suffering for all of our sins.
The Savior has the power to comfort and strengthen you when you are emotionally distressed. He loves you. He knows your name. He understands how you are feeling.
The Savior lives. He can be close to you spiritually. When you pray today, ask to learn what you can do to be spiritually closer to Him.
May you feel His nearness today and be strengthened and healed by Him.

When Christ starts weeping with the sisters of Lazarus, that hit me right in the tear ducts. I think, why would Christ be weeping for this man who He doesn't know as if it was his own brother?
