My favorite part of Matt is that he's a white dude who fulfills almost every negative black stereotype. Petty theft of food, dealt drugs, sucks ass at training dogs (pits, of course) but its everyone elses problem when his dogs misbehave, hates authority, always cooking up some kind of scheme etc 😂

I love that i can go back and check these out. I started listening to the cast a couple episodes after shane got cancelled so all of these old eps are amazing to hear

It pains me to hear them diss Seinfeld and Carey because no matter how much I like the cast and their banter, they are no where near either one of those guys. Seinfeld is awesome because his personality irl is so different than his sitcom characters. But also, Seinfeld loves comedy and standup even though he is a mega millionaire. People mention the dating a young girl thing from back in the day. Well, it was legal in the state of NY where they were. And Carey, well he just seems like a sad soul looking for meaning, and being the funniest man alive in the 90s didn't fill the void, so he's branched out to other avenues.

I watched that documentary about filming Man on the Moon, the Andy Kaufmann biopic. Seeing Jim Carey pretending that he has literally been possessed or something by Kaufmann (idk how to spell his name) was just total disillusionment. He's a pretentious dildo that thinks he's a genius.
@sigmadeez4205that’s apples and oranges comparison. Shane and Matt are funny with their standup and what they say, Carey is a comedic actor and honestly he’s one of the best to do that craft. It’s like saying Tupac is better than Metallica. Can’t really compare the two.
