If you aren't careful, the "beast" can chew and spit you out for dead. Do you know that the folks who have lost their houses as a result of the raging fires in California have to continue paying their mortgages, whilst they look for apartments to stay in? This is when the insurance companies will find every reason to deny, ot slow down in paying claims.

I am feeling so free only God knows. I bought 2 plots of land and will build my "lord I am fine house" as we say in Jamaica where I am from.

Plan was to do my Masters degree , build a house where I am from and go back, well I ended up with an Associates degree, a husband and 2 children one with special needs. I poured all that I had to raised these kids and I am now proud of my efforts. Mr special needs is a DDS and his a sister is an Educator who also has a tutoring business on line. I know my space on this earth is small and my time maybe short so I am here in Africa and I promise myself to live every moment of it.

I am really afraid to go back to my country because of insecurity and all that. However, i am not sure how i will fit in.The language, culture and acceptance in Tanzania.
If it's what you really want, you'll fit in. Yes, at first, the language might be an issue, but there's always a solution. Find a quality swahili teacher who can teach you the basics. Tanzanians are friendly and welcoming

The infrastructure needed is good road, energy and water...... I solved the two by getting a bore hole and tanks, I got solar for energy.... Only road is the challenge....but all of us in the community comes together to get it in a usable manner

You people keep saying don’t bring your attitude here, corruption is coming there as well, ok you are not showing the poverty and caste system, you are being bias, you you tubers are not always honest, Africans are greedy as well and have not put back into their continent, also European influence is very strong there, but what we hear from you guys are strictly pointing to diasporas, it is a nice video and yes there is a spiritual peace, but a lot of propaganda and corruption as well, thanks for the walk and chastisement 😊

The white man has done that for many years. My channel is about showing a different side of Africa that is not shown in the West. Do you know how many pairs of school uniforms a few of my subscribers and i donated to the school?
Do you know how many food items a few of my subscribers and i donate to an orphanage each month? I don't put that on TH-cam because we don't do it to show the world, hey, look at what I am doing. We do it privately.
"I am being biased." i am uplifting and inspiring people to think outside of the box. People who want to come to Africa but are apprehensive. I am showing them that if they come to invest in Africa, they could be successful and build wealth.
You can sit and be negative because maybe that is what you like and is what gives you pleasure. On my channel , you are free to express yourself. However, please know what we are about on this platform.
There is poverty everywhere, in every country. I didn't come to Africa to document the poverty and caste system. We have been bombarded with that for years. There's nothing biased about what I am doing on TH-cam. The neighborhoods i am showing are the neighborhoods the people from the West who watch my videos can afford to live in when they come to Africa.
If you are so unbiased, why don't you start a youtube channel? It is easy. Take your phone to the slumbs and poor areas of Africa and document that. Talk about the greedy Africans and the corrupt system. That might be great content for you
