I found you a couple of days ago and am already hooked on your channel. I just moved to the States a year ago. and I feel like my English needs to be worked on. You have no idea how timely and useful your lessons are being to me.

For example if you ask someone to have lunch with you and if they say to you, can I take a rain check. What it means is that the person cant accept your invitation now but maybe another time.

Burnout happens when we keep running and end up hurting ourselves. When we are “worn out,” we simply need rest - because our bodies were made to go through cycles of exertion and rest. When we are burned out, we need more than rest alone.
