Man, it might be a nitpick but people really should do research and/or proofread things before they throw out numbers.
The upper limit of these "antimatter firecrackers" has an energy yield on par with nuclear weapons. We're talking 21 kiloton yields. Even what needs to be cleared with a department head is a 2 kt yield
