I grew up in Upstate NY. When I was in High School in the winter of 1966 1967 we woud have track practice inside after school. It would be snowing out and the sun sets early there. Across the street was a small candy stort. They had a Neon in the windod in Red and blue. It said Dietic Candies. The light from the snow falling cast a blue light ant the street lights mixed in the Warm light. They used bulbs back then. The school halls were quiet and had a dark blur cast. But were getting dark. I don't know I got home that evening
