What makes Saleh a poor HC to you? He takes care of his side of the ball extremely well since he’s been aboard the Jets have had one of the best defenses in the league and he has the respect of the guys in the locker room. That’s pretty much all you ask of a HC in today’s league, my main critique would be how he’s built out his coaching staff, is he great? At the moment likely no, is he awful? Absolutely not. He’s solid

I put more blame on Douglas for Zak wilson, becton, not having decent offensive line depth, and back up qb. This year is the same. Rogers is 40, both OT are >30, and QB2 is fragile, OT2 Fashanu is hopefully good but Warren not good. Hopefully Rogers, Smith and Moses stay healthy.
