The famous JP “Little Cookie” outro that Liz mentioned at the end is on the song “I heard the bells” sung by Emmet in Christmas 2020. I think it is hilarious, but I got sent to the principal’s office a lot in high school.

You´re great musicians! I´m a teacher for several subjects in Germany and as a treat, when my classes do well, wich they do quite regularly, I´m glad to say, I play some music. Quite often yours. The reaction always is the same: Silent listening and enjoyment. Wich you the best.

I would like to answer the questions you asked me... Firstly, I am Élie Mubilanzila. I discovered the Petersens through the song Glory to Christ, I really liked it. For music, I decided to learn music four years ago, I studied a little classical, I learned about music and the guitar. I decided to develop music and also the guitar for environments that I knew well, such as for Churches... I really liked the Petersens' way of playing because they had a lot of freedom with the music and they played a lot of songs... I really liked the unity as a group that they had.

Traditionally Thanksgiving and Christmas produce vast amounts of stress! Planning and making the food, meshing families, satisfying in-laws and appeasing possible difficult relatives is all full of stress!

Ms. Newton, do you get good fall foliage in England (is this where you live?)? What type of trees do you have there? I was spoiled growing up in Pennsylvania. Great fall foliage in my backyard. Now I live in Florida where everything stays green.
You can call me Liz :). In the UK we do get beautiful foliage, though it usually it looks more like this www.bronwyntownsend.com/blog/best-autumn-leaves-london, rather than miles of forests.
We have evergreen and deciduous trees like oak, horse chestnut and silver birch. I hadn't realised only three regions get fall foliage - Virginia creeper imported from North America and Japanese maples (acers) have become popular here too www.dcnr.pa.gov/Conservation/ForestsAndTrees/FallFoliageReports/Pages/default.aspx

PTX did "mary did you know" acappella (naturally). they do sometimes add minimalist instrumentation (cello and beat-box-style)...just in case you guys are looking for more ideas. I dunno what emmett had already worked out. just thought I'd mention that

Fry the turkey. But pat dry and slowly lower the turkey into the oil as it will boil violently initially which can make already hot oil boil over into the fire making a huge fire.
Do it outside away from any structures.
A slow cooker can cook one decently.
But, that or going in the oven, "Put the Breast Side Down"! Put the oven on broil, max out. When 🔥 hot, insert turkey breast side up. I think it was about 5 minutes. Where the skin is browned nice and pretty. Then turn break side down! Inserting into a paper grocery bad and tie shut with cotton twine. Understand the bag does not reach kindling temperature in the oven. But, have breast side down and reducing temperature to normal cooking temp. Then cook breast side down for calculated time, but I think subtract like 20-30 minutes off time. Turn oven off, leave the bird in the oven and let it set for 30 minutes or longer. It's in that general range. It's been well over 20 something years since I've cooked one.
But the thing is, breast side down, all the juices and fat on the back, melt and flow inside the skin, self basting the breast as it cooks. Then the skin on back and sides are a good crispy crackling. The breast was already browned from the start, so it'll look attractive when rolled over to be served. Which reducing cooking time is compensated by leaving the turkey in the bag, if you use the bag, leaving the door closed and the residual heat cooking the bird. Similiar to letting a steak rest. But, it continues to cook in residual heat and the heat as it gradually reduces. Which leave in for an hour or more won't hurt.
Adjustments may need to be made but in general this will make a good turkey.
Anyone tries it, I'd like to hear your comments. Where no opening the oven to baste the turkey. Which usually the back and sides are white, pale colored, then to me undesirable to eat as even the taste isn't favorable so give to the dogs. Yet, fixed this way, again the fat is rendered, the juices and fat running down the inside of the skin, self basting which the breast is sitting in those juices too. Then, the skin from the back and sides are brown and crispy much tastier. Oh, use white pepper too. Not black pepper but white pepper. Tasty.

I think you mean the Christmas show on December 14th. It's indeed not listed on their website yet. This usually means that the tickets did not go on sale yet. I don't think it's already sold out.😊
Uh...sorry to call out an inconsistency..but, the amino acid tryptophan is the precursor of several important products including serotonin and/or MELATONIN (which makes you sleepy).
