How to Add Mail Signature on iPhone

- Learn how to edit the default iPhone email signature across all of your email accounts in this step-by-step iOS tutorial.
An email signature is text, like your contact information or a favorite quote, that’s automatically added at the end of email messages as a footer.
Steps to add signature:
1. Navigate to Settings on the home screen of your iPhone
2. Navigate to Mail settings
3. Within Mail, scroll down to the bottom and click on Signature
4. You can then customize a signature for all your email accounts or for individual mail accounts

Kevin, Thank you so much for the video. do you know how I can make sure my signature goes before previous messages? I currently have multiple images in my signature but for some reason now the previous quoted text shows up in the middle of the signature. I hope that makes sense.

shouldnt the setting associated with mail be inside the mail app?

I followed your instructions on my i-phone X, however it didn’t work. The “mail” program for gmail still just shows my name, although in my “Signature” I have my business address. Also, I’d be interested in seeing adding a signature on an i-Pad. Unfortunately, because of cost I use a PC and not a Mac. Thank you, Mark

I have multiple gmail accounts for work and some for personal. There's work email that sends a default signature of someone who used to be in my position. How do I update my signature on a specific gmail account and not all of mine?
I have my own signature and when i send an email with attachment to person using outlook for dekstop he cannot see my email and my signature. Sometimes only part of my mssg is seen and the full mssg is received in html file as an attachment. How can i fix this?

Yes you can, creating a link to the image with HTML, you can also change the font or size.

How do I reply or forward emails on my iPhone 8+ WITHOUT using my signature? When initiating an email my signature is fine, but I do not want it or need it on all of my replies or forwards. I end up having to delete it every time which is highly annoying. Help!

Wow. This application is so bad. Who in the world might need a plain text email signature, which says "SeNt fRoM mY iPhOnE" by default. At first I really thought it would be as good as Samsung Mail that allows copy and paste you HTML email signature with all the stuff (company logo, social media icons, etc). Disappointment. Anyways, thanks for the video!
