According to the pundits or the people in the court room, the judge appears to favor the prosecution in his rulings, and is very open about it. It is evident that this is a politically motivated prosecution of Trump. The Jury will see it for what it is. The judge has an appearance of great unfairness to Trump so l think that it will backfire. I think Trump gets acquitted as he should be.

But that isn't the crime Bragg is claiming turns this into a felony. That is the crime you don't know, and you just proved it with what you wrote.
