If two banks are involved in one transaction then how do I manage my transaction in cash book because we need to prepare for separate bank accounts for each 🙄🙄

No problem. Just divide the amount in their respective proportion in which they are getting reciepts (dr.) Or paying payments (cr.) and post in the cash book. For ex. You are paying Rohan ₹500 from your SBI A/c and Axis A/c, and you want to pay from both banks equally, So the Journal entry would be -
"Rohan A/c Dr. 500
To SBI A/c. 250
To Axis A/c. 250
And the cash Book Entries would be
By Mohan A/c(Sbi) 250
By Mohan A/c(Axis) 250
(Credit side of the cash book).
