Explanation: Silk doesnt benefit from the dexterity mastery so thats why the dexterity buff doesnt pop up when he "dexes" the special attack

Ate you slow that isnt an evade thats because shes immune to the dex mastery so she just dodges

She doesn’t have access to the dexterity mastery due to her evade ability, which allows her to dodge specials attacks that would normally be undodgable due to the fact that dexterity being failed is the reason that most cannot dodge specials attacks.
