Great review! My boys are 28 and 25 so not relevant now, but this looks amazing. When they were 2 & 4 we stayed with my in laws in the Grand Floridian. Now that was grand! It was lovely. One memory is that ducks used to swim in the swimming pool! Thanks again for a great review. Loved the Toy Story section.
Stayed ASM the first time we went till disney World in 1999 and loved it.Have stayed onsite several times and offside including Universals Endless Summer.Agree about Rosen Inn, it is very dark and dated but the location is OK . Looking forward the rest of your latest vlog
I think a few of the hotels at Disney have the exact same room. Some with a lot higher price tag so if staying at Disney again we’d go for an Al Stars again. Endless Summer is a great value hotel too x
Different strokes for different folks we hated the Disney hotel so much we left and went back to Rosen inn after one night, we’d paid to stay in Disney for three nights but the rooms were awful and small. Just goes to show everyone likes different things can honestly say I’d never stay on Disney property again. Trying universals cabana bay resort for the first time this September. Huge Disney park fan but their hotels suck
What a sweeping statement… have you stayed at every single one of Disney’s 20+ resorts including their deluxe because I highly doubt it. Whilst I agree with your different strokes comment , I also think saying ALL their resorts suck is quite a stretch…
@@elliebrown5631 no but I have watched a lot of youtube videos and done research and all Disney rooms follow the same theme and when you look at the sizes and space and compare it pricewise to other accommodation available I feel my money goes further and I don't have to sleep in a bed I pull out of the wall. I totally get that some people will be fine with the smaller rooms and cramped beds to be in the Disney bubble but it just wasn't for us, saving the money on accommodation meant we had more money to spend in the parks.
Oh wow you must have really hated the Disney hotel to want to go to a Rosen Inn. 🫣 Which Disney hotel was it if you don’t mind me asking? We had booked 1 night at Bolder Ridge in the middle of a villa stay and we left after a few hours. The room wasn’t great and the sofa bed and pull down bed under the telly were not great. This hotels room was a different ballgame to that. Makes no sense that the value was way better than the deluxe but hey go. No comment on Cabana Bay but Endless Summer was good for a value xx
@@theburgesses2004 we stayed at the all star movie resort. We couldn’t believe how small the rooms were and there was only two of us. We don’t spend any time in the room literally up showered and out to the parks then out all day back to the room to freshen up then out for food. We booked the all star due to Batuu opening at Hollywood studios and we wanted to make sure we could get in, we got a good deal but it was still a lot more than what we paid for Rosen. We came back from the parks and dropped our bags at the room and noticed a strong smell of disinfectant thinking the room had just been cleaned we ignored it went back out to the park and didn’t get back till late. We had a car so when we get back we like to dump the car and go out for a drink this was impossible where the hotel was situated. We found the room small and the smell was awful we stayed the night and both of us said the next morning did the other one mind if we just left and went back to Rosen. I understand that the Rosen is a cheeper option but bang for your buck it’s worth it for us. The less we spend on the room the more we have to spend round the parks. Last trip we filled 7 suitcases 2 hand luggage’s and back packs and still had to carry on a Loki sword that was too big to pack hahahah love the videos keep up the good work

Do you have a favourite Ellie? We found the value room to be pretty good but I know they are pretty recently refurbished which is great. X
