Can you please do a universal mass meditation for Turkey/ Syria & the earth quake, like the one you did for Ukraine. It was the most powerful meditations I’ve ever had. 🙏🏽 please.

I rarely comment because I know everyone is so busy, but I have said this for years about you so it’s time to share it. When I am in need of serious council from a trusted friend (human not spirit) about a serious life challenge, you release a video about THAT exact thing on THAT exact Day! It’s amazing. I find this to be one of the most common synchronicities for me . Thank you for what you do ❤

Whew! In Western society we're constantly encouraged to multi-task. In my family/culture slowing down is actually discouraged, like you have an inferior mind if you're not thinking about 100 things at once. Good video! (And cute doggy.) 🤗🤗

Thanks for this video. I'm slowly "returning to civilization" after the initial stages of my awakening where I was mostly in solitude. It can be overwhelming but I don't want to live like a monk. I want connection to people, to play in this existence, to "be in this world." I'm currently trying to find balance and your hacks helped. Thank you for all your videos Christina. You've helped me so much these past couple of years. I honestly don't know where I'd be without your videos! Sending you a lot of love from the US/Mexico.

I feel you, Christina. What happened to me was to find _Steps to Knowledge - The Book of Inner Knowing_ soon after I had my awakening. That has felt to me like a perfect solution to keep my spiritual development alive every day and yet to be able to fully engage with the world. It's a daily (365 days) practice including the meditation/contemplation practices and a certain focus for the entire day. The book is free online, if you want to check it out. Warm recommendations anyway!

Ne knowing is nothing mental but something intuitive, i.e. what man is no longer able to listen to himself and to trust himself due to abuse and co. in d Sweet sick company. Nothing good can come out of a sick environment and those who are healthy are not seen at all and if they say so, it's just an error.

In the kitchen tonight (Wed. 08.02.2023) making Dinner, I closed my eyes in the few minutes of waiting for Pasta to cook.
I focused my thoughts on you, Christina.
GOD showed me a seascape scene. I was taken aback at the amount of waves and their great height, suggesting a lot of turmoil and emotions.
Then I saw a long pole coming to shore from far out at sea.
FISH were hanging two by two over this pole.
I was also shown that there was a lot of pills and potions being taken to help energise your body.
The scene changed and I saw WHITE SHEETS on a very long washing line, reaching far into the distance.
I took this to mean SPIRITUAL HELP coming your way.

Just keep doing mindfulness meditation and eventually the mind calms down, keep going deeper and you eventually reach a point where your mind is not just calm but empty (No Mind). Then once you stay in this state for some time, enlightenment comes soon after. Consistency in your meditation practice is key.

YEEESSS! My thoughts are like confetti in an F5 tornado! 🌪️🌪️😳🥴
Energy polarization and disconnected often from soulself. ✅!! When I try to sit and be still to meditate the crazy train brain just goes faster. Lol. In order for “me” to achieve a meditative state to receive sudden insights I have to be in motion, exercise, cleaning, driving, hiking, biking, snorkeling…. AFTER doing any type of strenuous exercise I could then sit and my brain would sit still better as well. Had to burn off the excess energy I guess??
Mantras are good too. 🙂 I have 2 fave vids on YT for Om Namah Shivaya (I bow to the inner self) with shamanic drumming and Prana Apana sung by a man with a beautiful voice & quiet guitar.
In 2021 we discovered kava root and kratom tea that REALLY changed our lives. Both are excellent for anti-anxiety, calming racing thoughts to be able to focus and pain. My husband wrote a book in 4 months and I started a company. Ha! We also found a fun new community and friends. Headed to my fave kava house now to study. 😬🙌🏻

It's wonderful to experience your videos again! I hope you are doing well and feeling much better. I wanted you to know how much I appreciate your past 2 videos. As a long-time listener, I have often wondered how you were able to transition back into society after solitude. I never wish to see you or anyone struggling. However, seeing a mentor, someone you admire, be open with their own struggles is even more admirable and helpful. Thank you for continuing to put yourself out there with intent to help the collective. Know that it is greatly appreciated.

Christina, have you ever done an episode on energy intervention? I have had such a problem with this and meditation, nutrition, and exercise were just not enough. Sometimes we actually need someone to clear us. Like having a Reiki session or some other form of hands-on work or energy work from a professional practioner. I'm a Rolf Structural Integration Practioner and I had all those same symptoms you talk about in this video. I tried the suggestions you have blessed us with with minimal success. I was still struggling to quiet my mind and recently got relief from Reiki. My Crown Chakra was so stuck. I couldn't address it myself. I'm going back for follow ups.
I love your videos. You remind me so much of myself. Hoping to meet you somewhere in time 😊🥰

Yep, I've brought up the subject of working with healers and helper when needed. Nothing wrong with that! But we also have to learn to master our own energy and not use helpers from a dependent energy. They can assist, but they can never heal FOR us.

When we are stressed and tense if affects our adrenals and this is the reason why we have overactive mind. It doesn't matter if you're very busy living in the city, the noise, mobiles, computers, tablets, cars, contaminated air, puts stress in our body, this is called environmental stress. On top of that, there are many people like me who are highly sensitive. We process information different to other people and we can get stressed easily. For me is a must to live near trees and the sea. Qigong and exercise are excellent also for overactive mind.

  • @lee7701
    @lee7701 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

I have two rules, I don’t worry or stress about the past or future. There is no point dwelling on the past it is gone, the only thing you can do with the past is learn from it. No point worrying about the future either as not only does it not exist but 95% of the future things we worry about don’t actually materialise anyway, in fact our imagination causes us more stress than reality. Anything else is fine to be concerned about though.
