I never used to wear makeup, but when I left my husband I decided to buy some makeup; I truly didn't think I was doing anything wrong even though I've seen videos like this before; I've seen women that are on TV wearing makeup, there's someone who is the wife of a very good preacher and she wears makeup, I think I'm going to stop again.

Ehhh… forgive me but a few things. Genesis 24:22 “Then at last, when the camels had finished drinking, he took out a gold ring for her nose and two large gold bracelets for her wrists.” Why is this in the Bible if women can’t wear any of it? Also 1 Corinthians 7:2 (ESV): "But because of the temptation to sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband." Sexual immorality is any sex act being committed without your spouse alone i.e masterbation etc. Oral sex done with your spouse is fine. If it wasn’t the Bible would’ve stated just that. Also Hebrews 13:4 (ESV): "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous." What is the definition of undefiled? Impure, unclean, not made corrupt. What can this be describing? Open marriages, polyamorous marriages. I agree with all the makeup and wig stuff however I feel something else was arry. Satan disguises himself as an angel of light and I believe his goal is to have “Christians” become Legalistic like the Pharisees. Do you think those Pharisee went to Heaven? Be careful who you just because the same way you judge others is the same level of judgement the Lord will judge you. Also see Romans 6:14 (ESV): "For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace." Paul is stating that Christians should not excessively worry about sinning because we are not saved by work but we are saved by our faith in Jesus Christ and through his grace alone. So, if this was a true encounter I believe those people in the experience did not have a true relationship with Jesus Christ. Because he is the way the truth and the life. How can we show God that we love him? By keeping the 10 commandments. Be sure not to idolize your spouse, make up or other worldly possessions above God. That’s the main one. Also love you neighbor. For love covers a multitude of sins. 1 Peter 4:8 thank you and may God bless everyone.
Why is it wrong for ladies to wear a decent pair of pants? Many ladies wear pants because they are loose and flow and comfortable and they feel safer in pants rather than a dress that somebody can pull up on them I don’t see anything wrong with ladies, wearing pants for protectionand comfort. Ladies are not trying to look like men and many pants are very feminine.
Of course, I do not agree with the skin, tight pants I see on women nowadays, that shows every curve of their body. Those are indecent.
Trust me, pants and lower womanly lips do not work. It's a recommendation from the Lord simply so their parts won't be wrecked.

Haven't wore makeup in over 25 years. I met my husband wearing no makeup! Got married no makeup! Got a very good job no makeup! I used to wear it all the time, thought I needed it! My skin is flawless, eyelashes thick dark and long. It's actually a blessing not wearing makeup. Praise God and let him guide you in Jesus's name Amen 🙏 ✨️ ❤

Perfumes are not allowed as well, but just pray about it and let God himself reveal it to you. I think He's more concerned about our hygiene than using fake products.

Makeup is like anything else in this world, if things are use as idolized objectives then is a sin, i have use make up since I was younger, throughout the years I learned that I didn't needed amounts of make up to covered my face, I learned to love myself as God made me naturally beautiful as I grow up I used less and less as also colors that are too bright, I wear my make up with more modesty and also help my family members and friends and cluents to embrace more natural make up and less amounts

I have cut way back on using it because of questionable ingredients but I still put on natural powder and sometimes light eye makeup for special occasion. I always thought heavy makeup looks clownish.

There are scriptures about adornment,...yet it's not this specific.

Yea so there's some I disagree with to a point. I know what scripture says on make up and women not dressing like men. However first off I believe in time and place. I am convinced that back then certain ppl dressed well. And God never frowned on wealth. All was about behavior and stewardship. So I was told no make up no jewelery, as I went on I was almost doing plain jewelery then did stop. I think there is more here than Bible says. So as I said I gave up make up, never did lashes or wigs. I have dressed modest my whole life but I've always on average wore jeans and looser t shirts. Looser meaning it didn't show figure. And let me tell you I have literally received 50 plus dreams about throne area, angels and other stuff. So why if according to all said in this vid I'd be banned from heaven would I see mysteries in heaven while I'm supposedly in sin. One doesn't get to throne while in sin. So my point is ppl aren't auto hellbound. And let me add in heaven they got beautiful cloths lots stuff is shiny er than jewels here and obviously a portion of what makes something beautiful is that light around it. But some of what we are told we can't do on earth, yes we can do some in heaven, obviously no sin and up there we get new bodies oh and no sex, so I won't talk on those subjects, but the clothing and stuff you'd be shocked

Can someone please provide me with Bible verses that support this claim? This is so confusing. My mom taught me that we are supposed to fix ourselves up for our man. I do, however think that too much false stuff is bad. Personally, I think wearing heels is worse, cause supposedly the inventor wanted women to represent goats hooves and baphomet. This video is saying that the women are denied heaven, for obeying their men, but the Bible says to obey your man. I do think it's bad to dress trampy though.

@@ApostlePaulTaiwo Okay thanks. I see that he says not to wear a lot of jeweler, nose rings, fancy hair, braids, and not to shake your hips and entice men with your eyes. These are all good to know. I don't see anything about makeup though. I do see how fake eyelashes can be included in that. I have been a children's entertainer for 26 years. Painting kid's faces. I absolutely love it. I also say a prayer over the kids sometimes, when I am painting them. I really don't want to have to quit making the kids and myself happy. I always attributed it to GOD for placing me in such a wonderful job! I also dress in cute costumes with wigs and a I like to wear a bit of makeup. I don't usually go overboard with it. But since this is my career, It is important that I have confirmation if something is truly frowned upon by GOD. I am here to serve the Lord. Make up and wigs..anything God did not give naturally
If a woman wears makeup like what’s portrayed at the beginning of this video, then no wonder, but I have never seen any woman in my church wear makeup even close to that. The makeup we wear is tasteful and subtle, and we in my church and amongst my church community are born-again women. There is nothing wrong with wearing makeup unless it’s too much and used only to seduce men or to get all attention for yourself. It’s like money….money is NOT evil. A hundred dollar bill can be used to buy groceries for a family in need, or it can be used to buy illicit drugs. The money is not evil, but the motives can be. I hate that women are made to feel guilty about EVERYTHING. MOST women can use some help. It can be subtle, and enhance beauty without being overdone. Most women don’t keep youthful beauty over time, they need help. I’ve seen men and women in restaurants while out with my husband after church. The women from churches that follow the rules that say women can’t wear makeup or cut their hair look older than their husbands in most cases. Some look like the man’s mother then it turns out they’re the man’s wife. I’m sorry, I’m telling the truth. Read Galatians where God
speaks about legalism in churches. Don’t get me wrong. I believe in obeying Gods word and repenting when I do something wrong. But I have news for you….wearing makeup is not going to make your flesh less holy, and not wearing it won’t make you more holy. God looks at the HEART ❤️ Putting things on the backs of people that God doesn’t say, especially not under the New covenant. God still says to put Him first. Women should dress modestly but I’ve seen feminine looking pantsuits more modest than some dresses. I don’t wear men’s pants ever, but I do wear pants made for women only. I get my hair trimmed and sometimes styled. I wear makeup but not too much. I wear earrings but tasteful ones. I try to look nice when I’m out and about. I’m representing Jesus everywhere I go. Looking nice does not mean dowdy.

It's weird how the enemy is using us (women) to mock God. He's evening using us to defend him with confidence, imagine saying with confidence that the natural beauty of a woman is uglier than when small make up is used without even feeling. The enemy really blinded many people. Why would you want to look like the world if you are not of the world to even compare the artificial beauty of the people you saw in restaurant to the natural beauty of the ones who do not conform to the standards of this world. I don’t dress to draw attention to myself, but I also don’t want to look like something the cat dragged in. I have news for you, not wearing makeup is not going to make a woman“more holy” and wearing makeup won’t make a woman“less holy”. I could see if it’s overdone, but subtle makeup doesn’t hurt anything, as long a woman’s heart is right with God. Long dresses, long uncut hair on women, no makeup, and long sleeves on men doesn’t automatically mean a persons heart is right with God.

Years are gone, and years are actually gone when fashion belonged to some class of people and was not popular with christian women. Beauty was natural of course.
.Facial makeup was not part of the culture of believers as it is now, and even the selling of the product was not avaliable. .
Wearing women trousers were also not part of the culture of our faithfuls who have gone ahead of us, but when someone or a group of fashionable people dreamt of making these facial products to beautify women as to make money, they had the Christians as their customers.
Do we even know the motives of these fashion producers and whether they even believe in Jesus? They may even not be christians but for the sake of turning christians into worldliness, they brought these as modern fashion, and we fell for them.
Modern christians did not sing songs of old, yet you sing the old hymns, if any.

Make ups, trousers, etc. are all secondhand Christian culture of latter days worldliness. They used not to be part of Christian culture, but when the world began to disciple the christians, we fell for them.
Hmmmm, if we know how such fashions of additional beauty has promoted fornication and adultery for Satan, you will feellll for Christ.
You dress and portray yourself in a sort of sexy beauty unknowingly more than beauty of holiness.
Many of the brethren have fallen because of beauty, sexy beauty, of course.which we parade in the house of God.
No legalism, but for the sake of Christ, don't patronise goods that make others rich on account of our beauty that may entice others into sin.
All things are lawful, but not all things are beneficial.
Now, every beauty fashion has free access to the Christian woman to adopt as a Christian style.
From eyes to nails to facial change.
Now, the next but not that last is the fashion of becoming aslay Queen for Christ, and that is also coming.
Soon, our very buttocks would see the liposuction fashion in the churches to the glory of beauty, and you will equally defend it.
Jesus is coming soon. Moderation to either more or less is better to be free from them all.

Thank you for this message. The lord told me to give up attachment, jewellery, and makeup a number of years ago. He also stopped me from wearing trousers. It was hard at first but i got use to it. I also go to a ministry where those items are not worn. The problem is many women in the churches are not ready to hear the truth or seek it. We have to continue to pray for the body.

Our ministry is in Nigeria, we speak against it but we don't force people, we allow the Holy Spirit to convict them. Jesus says He will not loose anyone whom the Father has given Him. When I used to go to work I wore the makeup to appear 'professional' and well groomed. Since I retired I haven't worn makeup, and my husband does not care that I don't.
Let's try this again:
I no longer wear makeup. I no longer wear pants. I'm switching out my clothes to things that do not show my curves.
I wear underwear (they hold bladder leakage pads), I have been abandoned by my 1st husband -he returned to his preference of drugs and skirt chasing. (He bragged to a close friend of mine that 'I was ok with him bedding anything he wanted, that I would stay true to just him)
My 2nd husband also abandon me -he prefers a made up, mini skirt wearing bed hopper. Both denied reconciliation with me.

Does not our motives for wearing make up and hair pieces matter? I have a medical condition (alopecia) and don't have much hair, eyebrows and lashes. I draw on eyebrows, wear a little mascara and wear a wig not out of vanity and adornment. But just to look normal. So i think it's ok as long as you're not wearing these things out of vanity. I had a vision about this I have been using make up and one night I saw myself dressing up for church service and I applied my makeup then I looked at the mirror and saw that my dress was dirty and the dirt was muddy like and the colour was that of my foundation and I said why am i this dirt the voice said to me you cannot go to church as dirty as you are and I woke up I was frightened and shaking. I have to pray for this as this sounds like we are saved by works which is very contrary to the Word of God. We are saved by grace. We don’t earn our salvation through works. Salvation is a free gift from God if we believe in our hearts that Jesus is Lord. The product of my salvation is holiness and righteousness, not my outside appearance. Jesus has fulfilled the law in my heart when I gave my heart to Him and accepted Him as my Lord and Saviour. It is Jesus who cleanses my sin and not my own works.
God is more concerned about the motives of your hearts. What about those who already got so much tattooed and got saved after they have tattooed. Do they need to get rid of their tattoos so they can enter heaven? If you love make up more than God than that’s a sin. Make up should only be used for occasion and in moderation as Paul said to do things in moderation. I agreed with other things that had been said here but wearing make up sounds legalism to me. I don’t wear make up everyday but I only wear make up for occasion. I believe if we sport clothes worn and created for men is what is not acceptable, but clothes created for women like pants are justifiable not because of times we are in, or cultural acceptance, but because what's in our hearts. If a person just look at the opposite sex with a lustful eye, that person has already committed adultery.
