Chen is so unpretentious and does her guitar thing without the attitude of "hey look at me" and yet she attracts the attention of her viewers. Filipinos are raised to be humble and humility is more than just a trait, it is a way of life and Chen has it in abundance. So talented and unassuming. She is going to be a very capable guitarist. But I could say the same for all of them. They play their music with simplicity, calmness and accuracy. No overplaying or boasting. Just faithful reproduction imbued with their own unique arrangements to mitigate their lack of numbers - just the 4 of them so Chen has to be very resourceful and play multiple parts using 1 guitar and trying to reproduce different sounds and doing them in great taste and style.

Living here in Baguio and growing up in NYC in the 70's & 80's, it is amazing for me to see a beautiful Filipino family take on AND master some of the great songs that you do.
