I forgot that maybe you can loot them. I know you can find conjure elemental somewhere, would be interested to know where to find hold person in act 1/2 though ! Hope I managed to help a bit?
@@HanithSVK You can buy these scrolls from vendors.. at lv.5 you can buy 4th level scrolls, at lv.7 you can buy 5th level scrolls, at lv.9 you can buy 6th level scrolls.. Might take a few rests to get specific ones tho.. As for looting them, I assume there is some chance these will appear in lootable chests etc. after you reach given lvl.. (dont think I ever randomly looted higher level scroll before reaching vendor milestone, aside from unique scrolls)
Learned more about how to combine effects and how to use them in this one video than in 300 hours and many instruction videos for this game lol.

Even if they are scrolls? Always thought that as long as you can find scrolls, you can use them at any point. Guess i was wrong.
