Density 2.45 t/cum with compation so Qty is wrong?????

I 1 km of road is considered (1000*10*0.04=400cum) then there is lot of difference in calculation. 400*2.45=980, then 980*5.2/100=50.96 T. if this is calculated by 34 kms it is 1732.64 T. HOW...? please explain
