Welcome to the 9 inch coil club had mine a few weeks now but not been out lately due to some commitments so hope to get out soon bet you’ll be getting the motly spade soon great bit of kit all the best great video too Shaune in Kent 👍👍
Congrats - some great finds there. BTW I'm glad to hear you're getting on well with your Pro-Find 40. Mine seems to have a mind of its own. While it is undoubtedly very sensitive and accurate, it drives me around the bend as it constantly seems to need recalibrating to stop it bleeping away at absolutely nothing. Maybe I just ended up buying a semi-faulty one, but it really can be a pain in the butt when it wants to be!
😆 it’s certainly living up to this name! I haven’t had enough time to really compare it yet though and the fields I want to take it on are all in crop at the minute 😩
I thought it was 😊 I found something similar on a dig earlier this year, ended the day thinking it was nothing special, then turned out it was actually the top of a Saxon pin head 🫣😅
Your patience paid off lots of signals the little hammered did jump around on vidi 23 then iron 23 iron! I think I would have missed that left in ground for someone else 😅
Hello, today was my first time with manticore and maybe is a noob question; the case is that in all metal, ground give me a constant 36-38 big red ferrous number, for me is like im detecting in a sea of iron where the detector must try to find the good targets, and it seems like it lose so much effectiveness... i tried with a medium coin and while in air gives me a decent depth, if i cover it with some ground it became invisible for the detector, like no signal at all while buried less than 8 inches [27/] I tried ground balance but was kinda imposible in that field, everything is 36-38ID. Also tried removing all metal and yeah, no more big red numbers, but the target still invisible... any idea what should i try next? thanks
As usual, awesome watching. Thank you.
Appreciate that, thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Thanks for a great video good variety of finds
Cheers John, and thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Omg.. interesting medieval finds.. Congratulations maan!
Love that hammered!
Big support from your metaldetecting friends from southern Europe!
the mystery ring looks like a broken off button shank. loven the content.

Shaune in Kent 👍👍
😆 cheers Shaune, my lead and tiny trash finds have certainly picked up! Not sure on the Motly spade, I like my Minelab spade to much 😅
The "comb" is actually off of mechanical clippers for shearing sheep. Keep up the great videos and happy hunting 👍
Ahh ok, any idea of age?

your musket ball is more than likely a DROP that still has the sproo from the mold.

23.55..... A Curry Comb for grooming the mane and tails of horses. (Also cattle tails if showing).
Brilliant, thank you 🙏🏻
The surface find at 6.28 is bronze Tudor button
Brilliant thanks for the ID 👍🏻
Found one of them combs myself, early 1900s I think they are
Great coil , doubt if you will take it off !
😆 It’s just so light! Can’t see why I’d ever go back to the 11 now!
Does it improve the rain resistance andWhere can I get the headphone covers
They were from Swing and Dig Detectorist mate, not sure about weatherproofing but they reduce the wind noise which is great
I don't think it's a musket ball. It could be the ringer from the inside of a croatal bell
