Curious to see if the Lightstrike pro insert would give you slight bounce and energy return! Would it help players legs feel less sore over the course of a 90 minute match? (Similar to how running shoes work with light Strike pro). Maybe it helps with getting extra cm’s on jumps for headers?
But would it also make you loose stability, more likely to roll ankles? Very interesting technology though! The rock aspect is interesting too, putting you on your toes more.

hmm that's a good question mate! Honestly I'm not sure given how good the socks are. I'd probably have to test a pair out with heel grip to see first

Not really, no! I think the vapor should stay away from grip elements. I'm sure the boot itself will be awesome, I just don't think speed boots need grip

I have a weird relation with speed boots. Ever since I started playing ⚽ I started with some local brands, which aren't premium K leather but a bit on the padded side, so getting used to a leather or a padded boot from one of the international brands wasnt that hard. But the moment I decide to try a top end speed boot in a store I m always taken aback by how different a super thin upper feels. I m always like "woah." Most times they are uncomfortable due to my flate feet and even though the new F50s didn't feel uncomfy at all even width wise but the upper still made me go "woah! Okay" and I m still undecided whether I should ever actually buy a top end speed boot.😅
It’s worth a try! Especially because you can always wear them and then get a different pair if you don’t like them!

Cool to see adidas trying to “innovate” but foam flattens over time as well as once your weight settles in the boot, it’s also not as responsive as air is when you lift your foot up
