How to build your own solar filter | 4K

- Hey guys,
this video is about building your own solar filter.
To build it you will only need to buy a solar foil; you will very likely already have the other materials needed to build it.
Remember to never look at the sun directly through this filter as it is only made for using it in combination with the telescope!

I made mine by solar film and a clear lenses filter for my camera. Cut solar film a litle bit smaller the filter, lay on the film first and the filter after. That's it, perfect look !

Hello, i want to diy my 6 inch dobsonian solar filter, should i make the filter for whole 150mm aperture or i can make it smaller because the image may be too bright?
The f76700 and calestron astromaster 130eq can?
I think it filters more than 94%
I made mine for $25. Celestron wanted about $130.
