In his own home, it’s perfectly legal to be without clothing. Yes maybe the music too loud at 230am is an issue but it’s a VERY VERY VERY minor infraction. For the police to enter illegally and throw the homeowner into handcuffs is a really bad start to a domestic/noise complaint call. Those LEO’s should be retrained.
