I just got my bike and as a person who rides all the time now in Florida I realized just how bad drivers are. I've always known they were terrible at driving but you see how worse they really are when you ride.
Yup. Don't you love it when that one dude goes "Oh! I need to be in THIS lane!" *cuts across three lanes to be in the far left turn lane from the far right lane without looking and makes it everyone else's problem? Because that's what living and driving in Florida feels like and exactly why I don't ride the 836th anymore

In Poland electric bikes are allowed in the forest? Most electric bikes that i know have the same tire, same suspension, and same torque, and does the same damage in the forest roads like the regular bikes. What is the different?
the jeep guys were looking for those 2 aHoles that were riding a downhill MTB trail uphill with emotorbikes, destroying the trail and bends, and causing a danger to people going down. they do deserve to get beaten up. the trail is for bicycles only, and marked one way.
untill they made their video private you could see them shredding the trail on gap landing. a lot of people were involved to fix the damage they caused.

The guys did not went to forest but they went on a bike park where people create and maintain trails for bikes non profit. The trail is dug up by hand (shovel) so it isnt very hard, and its prone to damage if mistreated. Bike or even ebike going downhill does not damage it (assuming the rider knows what he/she is doing and doesent block wheels on a bend, on jumps and landings etc). Imagine going downhill with limited grip around 30kmh (20mph) and seeing a guy on a electric motorbike doing a wheelie uphill. Broken bones is the best aftermath. An electric motorbike with knoby tires when applied too much throttle digs a groove in the soft trail. And this is what those two aHoles were doing.
To add a PLOTTWIST, after some internet investigation it turned out that the whole thing was staged, and all of those aHoles know each other and made this video for expanding YT ranges. Now they are removing this video from channels/fb because the community knows, and the police is investigating damage to propperty. Sooo long story short, stupid people will get what is comming :)
To answer your initial question about electric motorbikes being allowed in forests in PL it is still a grey area because the legislation does not move as quickly as technologicall advancement. So YES and NO are both answers that are valid but you have to consider who owns the forest (private or country) and how will the authorities classify the vehicle you are on.
Bicycle or ebike (electrical pedal assisted) is 99% legit everywhere (except for national parks and trails for hikers only).

Not to mention it is illegal and finable. The difference is one is an intentional act, and the other is nature and nature doesn't just drop clumped up piles in the middle of the street... Not to mention in the fall you are already being conscious of the hazard.
