  • In this thought-provoking talk, Kapil speaks of how most men are socially conditioned from a young age to hide their emotions and see their vulnerability and sensitivity as weakness; and the impact this has on their life and personal relationships. Narrating stories from his own life and his work with men, he calls upon men to embrace their sensitivity in order to heal the wounds in our collective psyche and our lineage. Kapil Gupta is a Master Coach, co-author of ‘Being Fine: the other F word’, and founder of Nibana.life - company dedicated to help people move from a Performance to a Presence driven life. Kapil helps entrepreneurs and business executives realign to their own blueprint and find joy, purpose, intimacy, satisfying relationships and fulfilment. Kapil went through major personal transformation after a 15+ year successful corporate career, an MBA from University of Edinburgh, and a failed marriage. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

Also, well, there can be 2 Kapil Guptas and both can be good. Kapil Gupta MD (which Naval mentions at a lot of places) is different. This Kapil Gupta is another person.
I am going through "this" Kapil Gupta's work currently and find it damn insightful and useful. :)

@@djtmaga639 "Total fraud". Quite the statement. It's safe to say that your stark and oversimplified judgement of his character, and by extension his discourses, means you haven't seriously considered what he talks about, and that also lends itself to your seemingly limited knowledge of eastern philosophy, because you'd quickly know that nothing he says is new or conceptual and it's been written about for thousands of years, and unfortunately, there is no top 10 list or 5 step programs for the masses to understand what is being said because that's the problem in the first place - people trying to intellectualize and conceptualize every possible thing and if that can be done, only then will it have "merit". It takes quite the personal experience and journey, along with a nonobjective and nongrasping sense of being, to let any of it land. Almost a relaxing and readiness without the anxiety and tensing or perking up to "download" information, and only then will any of it possibly land on you in its own unique way because ultimately if you're out for your own truth, you'll inherently know what is and what isn't. Think of every aspect of say Zen or Daoism or even Buddhism in that nothing can be easily explained away, and how often it gets to the far reaches of any sense you can possibly make of it from your everyday experiences, that the only way to "point" to things is through allegories and analogies (i.e. your everyday "reality" and how you perceive it to be). I wouldn't be so quick to judge, my friend. There is a wealth of insight in the conversations, however there is absolutely no knowledge to be gained in it either. In the same vein, have a go of any of the lectures from Alan Watts or Krishnamurti... it may be entertaining for you or more.
