1. Bend your knees
2. Engage your core
3. Use pillow for support (if needed)
4. Roll to your side
5. Hang feet off bed
6. Push off bed with elbow

This is really painful in the abdominal area, this is my second day after c section and it’s not way I can do this

If you don't have anyone at home helping you get in and out of bed using this technique, at least for a couple days then consider sleeping in a recliner. Wishing you a speedy recovery 🥰🥰

Haha I couldn't lift my head off the pillow after my c-section The nurse wouldn't even help me.
You won't split open and its not too hard to get up
