Sinampalukang manok or tamarind chicken soup is a traditional Filipino soup consisting of chicken cooked in a sour broth with tamarind, ginger, onion, garlic, and other vegetables.
There are different ways to prepare it but, I will cook it in the most simple and fastest way.
A perfect dish to eat with smoking hot rice. Yum!
