Semerkhet's Guardian, Minotaur and Seth are immortal and cannot be killed by weapons. Only Minotaur can be killed by using motorcycle, while in Beta version, can kill by weapon.
I know there 3 Bosses (Semerkhet's Guardian, Minotaur and Seth) are immortal and I know to see that Lara trying to kill them until she figure out for plan like: Semerkhet's Guardian is useful to busted door and break two eye symbols in order to get out or getting secret. Minotaur is only way to kill is motorcycle just like I always using it this glitch or if you don't want to kill the Minotaur, you must to trap inside the Chamber to make sure Lara climb the ladder, otherwise the shock wave will make Lara to fall. Seth is cannot be killed but shotgun and revolver is useful to knock the Seth to avoid attack if you are very close.

I didn't know that Minotaur was killable. That was big surprise for me.
All bosses are immortal in this game and you dont really need to kill any of the Guardians.
