I think Gladys us very sincere, I think she might have been over her head in the understanding of financial controls and ethics, that's what sunk her. Otherwise I really believe she was ignorant, and innocent, she used common sense and she really thought she was doing the right thing. They need to hire someone with a strong financial background for that role.
It is not corruption nor criminal if a contract signed between 2 parties demands 6months deposit for a renting of purposes .., how do you remove anyone from office when that deposit is not lost and is paid back when the contract is terminated if no issues to complain about..
