Meet Anthony Cappello, he's just a hard working guy with deep roots in the trucking industry and whose very proud of the family he comes from and he should be.
One thing i enjoyed about loading trucks at Newport Materials back some years now ,was the father and son companies. You don't see that down here in Florida when i worked for Middlesex for many years. Those family companies took and take pride in what they do .And many of those family names i couldn't even begin to pronounce. Jim Beam .... not my real name. 😂
Nice family story. You guy's are so blessed with families that have deep roots in construction and trucking up there in New England. Especially the Boston area. It's where America started and continues with the family and the common working man and woman. God bless and safe travels.
Yep👍...another one of your excellent, personable interviews with one helluva great guy (not to mention that awesome Superliner in its "birthday suit"!!!). 👏👏
Gary Mahan has the largest Collection of antique trucks I believe in the World Mike those 2 Mack’s that I was telling you about was worked on by Bob Cappello Bob changed the engine on that LJSWX it was born with a 707 Gasser he put a 350 Mack in it with the the gear box was a 5x2 duplex he put a 6spd mud stick in it The B81 Bob put a 300 + tip turbine and left the 20 spd quad box
What a beautiful old Mack, and a great family history, no corporate BS just one story after another……thanks for sharing!!!

Cool video love that intro legendary trucking co
Is Moose Mauro still around? He used to lease our trucks in the 80s when I drove for Cosimi Trucking. He kept his trucks spotless.
Not sure
@TheBostonTrucker Thanks, Mike. Does anybody else know if Moose is still running CMS?
Sadly, Dave Mauro passed away in 2013. His son Patrick is running CMS. The trucks are still spotless 😊
@@billm4212 I'm sorry to hear that. My best to Patrick. Thank you for getting back to me, I surely appreciate the update.
