A lawyer dude pulled his gun out and was talking really shady. Then he noticed the camera and offered Ryan money to not report him to the police. Him being a lawyer, Ryan didn't trust taking the money in case it counted as some sort of extortion.

Have you ever heard about the Tietze Syndrome? It's basically an inflammation in your chest, which hurts a LOT when it happens and the first couple times it truly feels like you're going to die of a heart attack or something (because that's where the pain is located). There is no cure, the only thing you can really do is take anti-inflammatory drugs. it's very unpredictable when and how long it will happen (it can happen twice a year but also twice a week), and the pain sometimes suddenly just goes away but then gradualy becomes less and less the next time, so it's really just random. I just wanted to talk about this because this seems really neglected. I know this is a harmless desease that doesn't kill anyone, but I don't think it's okay to just neglect it either. So, have you heard of it?
