Sooji aur Agra ke Pethe ke Modak
1/2 cup Sooji
3/4 cup Nariyal burada
1 cup milk
agar petha 7 to 8 pieces small
sugar according to taste
chopped Dry fruits
3 Spoons Desi ghee
Grind sooji in mixer
add milk and Nariyal burada in mixer and make coconut milk add sugar
grate petha and add yellow food colour add dry fruits
Now add 3 spoons Desi ghee in non stick pan,add powdered sooji,and roast till it becomes light brown,add coconut milk and stirr continuously to avoid lumps , add more milk if needed. cook for 6 to 7 minutes till it starts leaving pan . Let it cool and put into modak mould and fill petha filling into it. your Sooji and Agra petha Modak is Ready
