If you want to use linear phase eq's on the individual elements, you would have to load specific linear plugins onto them. The Stock EQ does not run in linear mode (if i remember correctly), so you'll have to use something like the Waves Linear Phase EQ, FabFilter Pro Q3 (in linear mode), or a different third party eq of your choice.

Excellent! Straight to the point. All necessary details covered in a short period of time. A/B comparisons... excellent!!!!
Great Breakdown. Heard of this but first time seeing it in action. Nice job!
I'm glad you found it helpful!
Thanks Tim, I was aware of this process but I liked you breaking down the different ways to accomplish it. Nicely done!
Very welcome!
That is a very cool way to control bassline.
Thank you for sharing. 👍💥
Glad you like it!
Great Video Bro
Glad you enjoyed
When you finished after adding plugins did you put the two tracks in a bus and then EQ them? and do you pan them or not? Great vid tim

Yes! I used a bus to “re-sum” the split tracks! I use buses a lot in my sessions!
Thanks how do you Eq each track in linear to avoid phase issues? Were is the switch in St1 to set it ? thanks Tim
