donde haces esos videos, el otro dia andube buscando algun lugar ya que tenia que esperar mucho en el aeropuerto la llegada de un vuelo. y no encontre nada, mas encima la pista que esta al lado del camino estaba en reparaciones ajja

El lugar es en los terrenos que sigue a los grandes almacenes que hay al lado del aeropuerto.

Como siempre, no saben hablar Inglés y usan las preposiciones mal. Aunque la palabra "at" se refiere a un lugar, esto tiene que ser especifico, y Santiago no es un lugar mas generico. El título tiene que ser "... spotting planes in Santiago". Alternativamente ".. plane spotting at Santiago's International airport".
Casi nunca las preposiciones tienen un dignificado aislado en Inglés.
Nadie usaria la palabra "at" refiriendose a una ciudad pero si que a un club o bar especifico como "I am waiting for you at the Chancho con Chaleco restaurant" y "I am in Chile right now"

Cuando se escribe [SCL] después de Santiago, hace referencia específicamente al aeropuerto internacional. Los aeropuertos tienen estos códigos específicos, al menos uno de la IATA (International Air Transport Association) y otro de la OACI (Organización de Aviación Civil Internacional). En el caso del Arturo Merino Benítez sus respectivos códigos son SCL / SCEL.
Entonces, según lo que muy bien explicas, se podría usar "at". No obstante especifiqué más en el título del video.
