Nice, intellegently engineered. My black ribbon keeps breaking due to the print head pressure, even on the lowest setting there is no rotation of the Ribbon how do I fix this?

TSC can also do emulations of zebra and printronix and is a quarter the price of zebra

this printer is garbage they have a mind of there own. keep changing the settings you save to the printer always giving the error ribben out you think by now zebra could make a printer that works
