Good episode Brian. I'm glad you stopped early on this one - the trip's supposed to be fun so taking time out from riding til sunset everyday is part of that. Really enjoyed the montage today, although that interstate, and especially the tunnel, looked sketchy. Ride on!
Great video Brian and nicely edited 👍🏼. That traffic flying past you made me super angsty 😅. Keep safe and hope you find more of those nice cycle routes off the interstate. Keep safe 🙏👍🏼😁
Salt Lake has some good bike trails, much like the Denver area does. I have a Ferro I carry in my semi. Unfortunately, I haven't had the time to get out on any of the trails I see around the country. Hopefully, I will get to actually ride it soon.
cool beans. very good music selection to do along with the ride. great that the construction guy told you about the bike path. it was smooth sailing after that. also the intros are oscar worthy
I like your choice of music. Setting out without eating is really bad. Just eat something. I think You are right about your amount of luggage. It just looks like o much weight. Anyway keep posting and enjoy
Came across your channel researching Zizzo and I've just purchased the same bike you are riding based on your experiences with it. Hope they notice and maybe sponsor you or give you bikes to try out and review. One of my goals is to be able to bike with the Zizzo to a river put in for my inflatable kayak. Fold the bike down and kayak with it down river. Pull the kayak out and break it down and then bike back. This thing looks like the perfect solution for that. None of my inflatables are a great solution because they are all too big/bulky for that purpose but one transit solution at a time right? Finding a balance in a inflatable with enough capacity to carry the bike but be packed light enough/small enough to bike with us going to be a challenge. In the meantime, I've got lots of bike paths paved and not in my area so I'm really looking forward to it. Thanks for your videos. It's been really helpful and informative.
Zizzo doesn’t sponsor me, but they do send me bikes after seeing some of my earlier videos I made about their bikes. The one I am riding in this video they sent me and so I thought I would put it through the ultimate stress test… at the end of my tour I will be making a video detailing my thoughts on the bike…. I appreciate you watching the videos.. thank you😁
It's great to hear they are sending you bikes to review. I was between this, the Urbano and Liberte. I looked the Urbano because, like you, I didn't want the quick release. Hoping the 4 more lbs of the Forte are not that noticable for me despite being much more of a novice. 10 years ago, I bike commented. Now, I either work from home or have to take major highways to work and it's not legal (or safe) for me to bike here. I'm really looking forward to seeing your thoughts on this bike and a comparison to your Liberte. Stay safe out there on your trip home.
You're a beast riding to Glenwood Springs, the trails around Glenwood look awesome. Makes me want to take a bus up there and explore. No way i'm getting on the interstate. Stay safe brother.
I have Schwalbe Marathons and I've yet to have a flat, but I well remember installing them. It was a screaming, hair pulling experience. The upside, they sure as hell ain't coming off. Also, I ALWAYS make sure the tires are at max pressure before every ride. No thorns hereabouts, but they regularly roll over carpet tacks, broken glass, Drano , and Klingon war darts...
Nice video! You seem a bit stressed. I'm assuming the traffic and figuring new things out. It's nice to let the city go for a few days. Have you ever checked out Bike Fridays folding bike packing bike? You could get off onto a quieter bike packing route with it. I live just North of you in Wyoming. We have endless dirt roads here.
Love my 2023 forte, it's my favorite commuter and I don't even need a folding bike.i just prefer commuting on it.i don't see how you ride that long with that backpack.
I’ve been trying to contact you on Instagram about producing original music for your documentary. I’ve been watching your videos for a couple years now and I think I know what kind of music you are looking for. I’m not looking for anything other than the chance to help and to create some great original tracks for your film.
Just came across your videos while researching folding bikes. Love the videos, keep up the good work! You’re a maniac in a good way😂

Glad you found the bike path. There are several good ones leading out of Glenwood Springs.
Love that cycle path Brian ,we could do with a few like that in the UK stay safe mate 😊

Thank you…. I’ll try to stay safe, but I can make any promises😁👍
I bought a zizzo after one of your videos and it has been my favorite bike for living downtown in Salt Lake. Nice too see the spring folding tour

Great video. Like a road trip movie.
Faltrad fahren ist etwas Besonderes, nicht zu vergleichen mit "Großrädern". ❤ I love it ! ❤
That was great mate.😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
Hi Brian, just wanted to say your videos are very entertaining 👍 You seem to be a very nice and grounded guy. Please do some more brommie vids 😊

Yay , today ( 27th Apr 2024 ) you reached 10k subs and can now be hypnotized by the YT 'animated email' 🙂

Epic adventure with your zizzo,, for me it's nice to watch 20 inch folding bike (cheap bike) touring.
Man i want to take a long epic ride like this someday as well
Day 5 please Brian 🙏
Coming…. 😁

Geese interstate looks scary!
It’s definitely not an ideal place to ride.
In my State of Virginia it is illegal for non motorized vehicles to ride on the Interstate.
i hope zizzo is paying you a ton of money for all this marketing! question - what bike seat do you use to be able to bike this for so long?
