I have the same truck. My wheel snapped off too. I just got the parts for it so I could put it all back together again but I'm doing everything metal.. Yes it's very quick and when you go in dirt it's awesome..

I hope you can. Reply to this but I got the 3s. 5500mah 11v but it’s 80c. I didn’t look at the c and the manual says I max 30c so should I get the same battery different c or will it be ok
I run a 80c on mine.

Do you have a link for the 3S battery. Is it the same dimensions as the 2S or do you need to strap the battery down?
Hey friend, I made a mistake and bought the Laegendary Legend, thinking it was a true tenth scale. Also brushed motors that I can't complain about but this video you made of the Thunder, makes me regret buying what I bought. Any thoughts on what I should do or could do?

No just standard plastic body post sticking through the body with standard pins holding the body on. You do get a couple extra body pins lol
@@ReviewsandHowTos01 thanlk you as if the tips were protected, bashing will you know file them down, takes that one long scrape to happen , something the company can think about

hey what 3s battery did you use? I'm thinking of ordering this car and I want to make sure I get the right 3s battery. This is all new to me
ovonic 3s 2200mah battery or the hoovo 3s 5000mah.
@@ReviewsandHowTos01 where did you get the replacement suspension part...mine broke just like that in about 30 seconds on my first use...it rolled and that same part broke on the rear so clearly it's a garbage part...I'm ordering a replacement truck and then I'd like to have those aluminum parts as for when they break again...do you have a link? thanks

parts availability is pretty good and cheap, except for the alloy upgrades, they're on the pricey side. And I hear people go for a carbon top deck
Mine has 2400kv 3674 motor 120a esc (4S ) capable 48T 32P Spur 20T Pinion cvd shafts front and rear heat treated. Traxxas slash short course tires big bore Traxxas shocks, aluminum chassis and arms.
@@mr.magick4185 nice! I'm just running a 3660 2600kv with 120A 4s ESC and its a monster. I'm running the low gearing and its fast on 3s, you must be breaking speed records with that gearing on 4s.
I've only upgraded the steering arms so far, I kept breaking them on my FTX Vantage buggy (same parts). And installed soft FTX zorro bumper, sway bars and wheelie bar, running some cheap ZD racing tires currently, but wouldnt mind checking out some proline or traxxas tires.
I want to move over to the newer 2 piece chassis design and run alloy at the front and keep the rear plastic, but that part isn't commonly available for some reason. They really want ya to upgrade to the alloy or carbon main chassis..
@@shadyhazza I only run it on 3s for now. I'm scared the shafts will break lol. I've broken a few dog bones on the rear
@@mr.magick4185 yeah I don't think I need to try 4s just yet, just getting it used to 3s.
oh yeah I did upgrade the spur and pinion to steel, and sometimes it acts like a diplodocious and I gotta use a pick to clean its teeth. but its only 2 screws. It did throw 3 teeth from a rear diff drive gear, but the one that was in there when I bought it 2nd hand.
I've recently discovered it shares a lot of common components with the HSP cars, diff and diff drive gears are the same as their 1/10 models, just diff shimming is different on these VRX (3 on one side 2 on the other)

No it is for 2s only because it hooks into the balance plug.

Legendary is it a Chinese car or is it a branded car like the Arrma or Traxxas???
Laegendary is a stable brand but yes made in China. I think they are all made in China.
@@ReviewsandHowTos01 manufacturing China is okay but I mean who owns the company which country is it a US company or British or European That's what I want to know nowadays everything is manufactured in China but if it is based on US or UK or European the control the quality that's what
@@cherandissanayake9530 best advice I can give is "google". Allegedly 90% of medications RX in USA are from China, hence I speculate most other things are too. I respect the question tho.
I thought Laegendary was USA made. US customer service I think 🤔. Not sure now.
