I have a 1993 XR600 Scrambler that needs an exhaust like that. What did you use for the header? Is it a CX500 header?
Ha wat gaaf! Dit is mijn oude XR. Zo te zien zijn er nog best wat onderdelen gebruikt! Supermooi ding geworden, zag net je andere videos, ook echt gaaf. Ga er zelf toch maar wel weer eentje kopen denk ik als ik dit zo zie :)

Super clean. Doesn't the plate chop into the rear tire though? I have an XR600 project going and the travel in the rear surprised me even on highways.

nette xr600 ! Is dat een orginele voorvork? hij lijkt korter maar de onderkant lijkt wel origineel.
heb een beetje gezocht en dit is een replica van een andere bouwer. de voorvork is verlaagd met shims en de veer is 6cm ingekort

My dream bike looks like this, I want one so bad but I surely don’t have the mechanical know how to put it together, nor the equipment. What’s a bike new or old that could give me a similar vibe to this bike with as little cutting/welding as possible? preferably mostly bolt on stuff and very novice mechanic work.

You absolutely destroyed that bike for looks. Don't ride it in the mud or dirt. You will be throwing stuff at the engine all day long. Won't last a season without protecting it's vitals. People and their garage dreams. Lol to bad their all the same styles must have seen it on the tube.
