I currently have 4 friends that are very close to me in life, that live in the same state as me. I’ve been seeing them for years and hanging out with them. They’re literally my best friends and my family loves them. I met them all on Xbox 360 MW2 back in 2009. I’m currently 20, I know I “shouldn’t” have been playing that when I was 9 but ah fuck it, live a little. But man were those the days. I always tell my friends gaming is a lot different now that I’m older. It’s not the same and I miss it. I remember waking up at 9am, I’d skip breakfast and message everyone to get a 5 man on search and destroy. Just some kids, trash talking like the little assholes we were, getting trashed talk back. Man did that game make you mentally and emotionally strong hahaha. All in all, thanks for making this video. It’s been several years since we’ve all played together, maybe last time was 2013? I appreciate the nostalgia and memories that came back. One of the best games ever made for 360 in my opinion. Hope everyone has a good Christmas

Well they didn't say it was day 1 of MW2 release. That came out in late 2009, the S came out in June of 2010. It's not hard to believe that they picked both up as a bundle when the S came out so that's their nostalgia point.
actually newer 360 games need a system update to work, so if you time travel before the release of MW3 you won't be able to play the game unless you take an updated 360 with you.

I never owned Xbox 360 until Gears of War 3 came out on Sept. 20, 2011 when I bought the Limited Edition Console Bundle. I had so many memories from that Day all the way to the Day GTA5 came out

I remember when my friend and I first got Xbox Live for Halo 2 back in the day. We didn't have mics, yet, so after every match we'd call each other to gab about the previous match while in the lobby for the next match lol.

If you wanted to show case a CRT and Xbox 360, you shoulda pulled out games from 2005-2006, like the first gears of war, a lot of people still had CRT's back then and plasmas were too expensive.

I used to have a set up just like that same Xbox. Same sized tv. I would sit so close to it and plug headphones into the tv so I could hear the game. As much as I think now about how it was a crap set up. I loved it. It worked.
I cousin of mine gave me his old xbox 360 sometime in the mid 2010s. Not a bad system! And still works to this day! I was a Wii/PC teen in the late 2000s, though.
I specifically remember MW2 was the first M rated game I could buy by myself when I turned 17. I've played almost every Call of Duty game, but to this day that game is the one I have easily the most hours in. My last couple years in high school were mostly spent playing MW2 multiplayer and World at War and Black Ops 1 for zombies.
