The Midland Courier is so different from other newspapers. It felt like I knew everybody mentioned in the articles. Some of them are a friend or classmate's mom or dad or uncle. I definitely read it out of boredom since internet wasn't yet that big. Back when the most popular socmed was Friendster.

I’m not sure what shocked me more; the discontinuation of Midland or that you’re from Baguio. 😅 I remember when I was in school, I need to read Midland every now and then because my teacher sometimes includes local news in quizes. I love your content! Please continue making them.
The thing I like with newspapers are the faces and making papier-mâché, cant do that if newspapers are gone using normal scrap paper doesn't feel the same
I'm gonna miss that news paper I love reading the comics too they were funny sadly my home isn't in Baguio but it's close. I wish I could grab one last copy.
Its really sad to hear that news me and my girlfriend was ate last time at chowking and see some elder reading the midland newspaper it makes me sad cause that company already beloved by the cordilleran people and elders
