to be fair, i think magnus may get tweaked, but not "Nerfed" however i think tiny lycan combo will get nerfed. The magnus strat actually takes skill and map awareness to actually work very well, versus "Hur dur bite rock, rock run fast and do big damage, me right click and smash buttons on keyboard" so magnus' range or length of the skewer may get lowered or cooldown, but tiny lycan is going to either get gutted, or completely nerfed

I also think that Skewer should be stun interruptible.
It's not the hero that's OP it's just that pros can do so much with him. Mag is certainly not more OP than Tinker...
