Never heard of her when my wife and I saw her open for Stapleton in Winnipeg. Boy did she kill it. Fantastic live show. Downloaded her music right away. Unique voice. Powerful and playful with fun lyrics. Can't wait till she comes here again. Her stage show seems like it grown leaps and bounds from these youtube videos

Nails it?? Some of the comments on here are INSANE!! To NAIL a song that someone else wrote you'd think you'd need to stick to what he wrote.. The only thing accurate was the lyrics, Bill Winters did NOT play this song this way, not even the same chords, which is fine in a rendition but Elle King does not have a song that can not be played by a 3rd grader in their FIRST year of playing.. This could not be more simple, and the MUSIC was changed so much as to almost leave a rendition into trying to Re Invent the wheel.. If you wanna compare my point go watch John Mayer perform this and it could nit possibly be more complicated and technical..Bill Winters is somewhere in the middle, but at least John Mayer used the SAME CHORDS an only added fills and scale NOTES, which is FINE.. Elle is NOT even playing the same chords man.. Sh'es using chords that just ARE NOT in the song!! It would not surprise me if Bill Winters estate made her remove this and if she EVER added it to an album, and TRIED to make proceeds from that album she would be sued, and made to either use the chords the original did, or remove it.. She's NOT nailing anything!! Wow, just WOW!!
