Sara! glad you were able to spend quality time with family. I miss mine, most of them are back in Panama. I love listening to you commentate your videos. I am blind and you really know how to use words And sounds captivated, to describe your experiences and create vivid images in my mind; just like a good book. Thanks for inspiring the love and respect for nature. Sending you and abundance of light, love and blessings...hugs...143!
great vid again sarah. what i really liked was when you were thinking about getting a dog, you took into consideration all the other aspects that come with having a pet not just blindly going out and servicing your heart. it says alot about you. sending you a hug xoxo
Our comments are so sweet because YOU are so sweet Sarah! It's beautiful watching your personal growth through your lifestyle and the vulnerable manner in which you share. Your videos are fantastically edited.....the music, the content, the narration.....seems professionally done....are they? Or do you do it yourself? If it is you, then girl, you've got a great talent and service you can offer others either now or in the future!
Very inspiring! I’m facing a decision to travel (instead of checking into a homeless shelter) in less than 2 months because signing another lease I can’t afford is just stupid. It’s channels like yours that give me hope and inspiration that I can do this. Thank you for your authenticity and your courage. I’m grateful your channel came up recommended today and I watched several of your videos this afternoon and feel empowered again that whatever the universe throws at me, I will be just fine. Namaste sweet One! 😇✌️🤍
I believe it is so important to re connect with family and friends that you haven't seen for a while. Social media and mobile phones are good but there is no substitute for in person connection. I left home at and was having a great time but at least twice a year wherever I was I made the time to go Hamer and catch up.The vans looking good and fresh. Thanks for sharing your time and stay safe J.
@sarah yak- thank you for the excellent video! Gotta love that it doesn't get any more organic than being able to cut the food directly to plate ala carte! From Trader Joe's to one day Trader Sarah's!
You Have Made Me Become a More Wholesome Person! You Have Helped me With My Health & With The Way I Think. You Got Me Back into Reading . I Recently Adopted a Beautiful Dog Named “Madison” (Saved Her Life) All Of These Things I Can Honestly Say You Had A lot To Do With Me Changing. You Even Affected How I Run My Business & Personal Life. This Pandemic Has Been A Challenge But I’m So Glad I Have a Friend in You . I Just Wanted to Say “Thank You”
Sarah, I have watched most of your vlogs but first time commenting. This one was especially enjoyed. Looks like time at home with family and all the critters is a nice deserved break from life on the road ? Your Parents place looks great a deck next to the duck pond ! Nice green house. Enjoy your time there I am sure they enjoy having you home ✌️💜🎸
What a nice tranquility life your parents live. Growing up there must have been so peaceful. Once you return from the fast pace life of the city, that's a welcome change. It's good to have that option. You are blessed
My mom is allergic to dogs too but we have dogs anyways. Breeds that have worked for her is lagotto romangnolo and irish soft coated wheaten terrier. Both breeds are super fluffy and loyal!
I thoroughly enjoyed this video 😌. I’m planning on starting my van living hopefully in the spring, once I finally finish my conversion and I have dogs. It’s hard figuring out the ins and outs and rules and regulations of certain states/state parks as well as climate control of course. So I totally understand the reluctance in getting a dog because it is a HUGE responsibility. Also I literally LOVE the alchemist. Heard of it a few years ago and it’s a masterpiece. Thank you for uploading 🙌
You have a beautiful soul I really enjoy your videos, also you have inspired me to stop eating meat.. again lol I’ve done it before for about 2 years but went back to eating meat but now I’m not going back ... ever!! Thank you 😊
Is that fridge vented at the back? Outside temp. makes a lot of difference to them. They can build up heat behind then stop working so well but then be OK when it cools down behind again. Of course it might be just . . . 'broken'??
rule of thumb is a vent at the back like philip said plus a fist worth of a gap behind. your fridge may be still in warranty, also you can get them re-gassed.
Hey gorgeous, Levi from Australia. Great to see your doing well.. and spending time with family 💐♥️ Yeah dogs can be expensive. I never got my animals vaccinated and i used collodial silver, 1-2 droppers once a week kept them healthy and no worms plus i never used dog food, i cooked up my own or they ate what we ate, yes vegan. Id cook up 1 weeks worth of rice, add beans and vegies. Put in freezer bags, flatten the contents then freeze, let it cool first tho id take 1 out every morning to defrost for their dinner. I had 2 jack russels and they both lived over 15 years.. i did make up doggy treats too. But wait till your ready, theres lots of other animals you can love and give back lol.. You will be on the road again soon.. stay safe and thanks for sharing with us 🙏♥️🤸♀️
Glad all is well with you Sarah. Good wishes from Melbourne Australia. Wishing you a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. So lovely to be with family.
We live in a converted bus (well we're in the conversion process), with 5 dogs, 3 cats, 2 turtles and a lizard. We have an acre of land and it's amazing. I absolutely love my life with these animals. I would recommend a pitbull. They are extremely loyal and loving and if someone tries to mess you with you in your van travels they will f#$k someone up! They are protective, not aggressive and there are so many at your local shelter. They hardly shed so they're low maintenance and they're extremely athletic so they can keep up with all your amazing hikes. Anywho, just my thoughts. Either way, any animal that you adopt will have an amazing life with you! 🥰 🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕🐈⬛🐈⬛🐈⬛🦎🐢🐢.
Hello Sarah, I watched your van build video and am wondering if you use the rear water faucet at the back of the van? I see that is a common addition people add to their builds but do wonder if they get used much. Thanks.
Families are majorly important. They age quick, and disappear as well. If there's Harmony available with being around family..then really, enjoy making good memories via being with them, if there's Harmony available. Little 2-3-4 week trips from home suffices? Then, enjoy your family...if there's Harmony!🌺
Can dig what ur saying.....I've van life lived, traveled, for 20.5 years and when covid hit I was in Cocoa Beach, FL...where they were ignorantly closing beach parking and saying the beaches were closing too...so, after 20 years. I rented a studio condo on the ocean and in 25 seconds I could be on the beach sand day, night, when ever I wanted. Wow...I had a refrig, a bathroom, hot water, king sized bed, flat screen TV n 100 channels, and NO PARKING PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS!!! Now, it's been 8 months. I'm highly considering van life again, yet, I'm on the fence. I'm not sure what to do...van life offers a lot more being engaged instead of hybernating like a hermit in this beach condo. Yet, hmmmmm?
Hi Sara! I stumbled across your channel about a week ago. I'm really enjoying it! I'm not 100% certain, but I think your camera's sensor may need to be cleaned. It would get rid of the dark spots in your videos. I wish you the best on your path to self-discovery through your travels. Happy Holidays!
the Back of the refrigerator needs vented ...to be able to breathe when the motor is running the motor gets hot in the back which will make your refrigerator get hotter....good luck ........
Because of family allergies my dad thought he was allergic to cats and we used to live on a farm with farm cats which never really would go near him because they just minded their own business hah. So when we moved into town for more space in our household we got two cats one being a cat Fiona, (my cat) and after awhile she was the only cat until my sister got a kitten named Harmony. They are both tortie cats and turns out when I got Fiona my dad loved her and never had allergic reactions. When we watch movies or shows together she sleeps on his foot rest to his chair and it is the cutest thing! (When we moved we had a dog named Lucy, we stayed there for a few years in town and she passed away so a half of a year later we decided to get a cat because our family ofc cherish’s pets)
