Excuse me, she probably means "so what brings you here?" This is an interrogative question that is asked to let the guest promote his/her current work. Jessi has always been focused on the guest's work, if you'd take the time to hear her out seriously. If the guest makes it personal, it was their arrogant choice to do so but Jessi only ever asks questions that ought to make the guest realise how common/universal their thoughts/feelings are so that the viewers can empathise with the guest.
